- Por cuanto los procesos en referencia han sido repartidos a distintos magistrados y siguen su curso de conformidad con lo previsto en el Decreto 2067 de 1991, encontrándose en etapas distintas y algunas de ellas muy avanzadas, resulta extemporánea la solicitud de acumulación, que en consecuencia SE NIEGA por improcedente.
- A juicio de la Corte, la oportunidad para aplicar el artículo 5 del Decreto 2067 de 1991 no es otra que la del reparto de expedientes y, en todo caso, antes de que se adelanten las demás etapas del proceso constitucional, salvo situaciones excepcionales expresamente calificadas por la Sala Plena (artículo 47 del Reglamento de la Corporación).
- Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
